SendIt is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables AI assistants to publish content to social media platforms on your behalf. The Service provides:

Connection to social media platforms via OAuth
Content publishing to connected platforms
Post scheduling functionality
Analytics and engagement tracking
Media upload and management

3. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 13 years of age
Have valid accounts on the social media platforms you wish to connect
Have the authority to publish content on those accounts
Comply with each platform's terms of service

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Content: All content you publish through the Service must comply with applicable laws and platform terms of service
Credentials: Maintaining the security of your OAuth tokens and encryption keys
Platform Compliance: Ensuring your use complies with LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other applicable platform policies
Rate Limits: Respecting platform API rate limits

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Post spam, misleading content, or malware
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Circumvent platform security measures or rate limits
Scrape or collect data beyond authorized API access
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its source code, is provided under an open-source license. However:

The SendIt name and logo are trademarks of InfiniteApps LLC
Content you publish remains your property
Platform content is subject to each platform's intellectual property policies

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability of content
Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL INFINITEAPPS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
Service interruption or platform API changes
Actions taken by social media platforms against your accounts

This applies regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfiniteApps LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service:
